Applications & Usage Scenarios

- L-CKD (Heavy-Duty EP): Highly recommended for severe industrial applications such as mining, quarrying, cement kilns, steel mills, and heavy-duty crushers where shock loading is frequent.
- Wide Viscosity Range: With grades from ISO VG 68 to 680, these oils accommodate diverse speed and load requirements—from high-speed, lightly loaded gears (lower VG) to slow-speed, heavily loaded gear sets (higher VG).

Precautions & Maintenance Guidelines
- Correct Viscosity Selection: Always select the ISO viscosity grade explicitly recommended by the gearbox or equipment manufacturer (OEM) to ensure adequate film thickness and cooling.
- Avoid Cross-Contamination: Do not mix mineral-based gear oils (L-CKC/CKD) with synthetic polyglycol (PAG) gear oils. Mixing these incompatible fluid types will result in severe sludging and immediate lubricant failure.
- System Flushing: When changing from an unknown oil brand or a different fluid type, completely drain the gearbox while warm and flush the system thoroughly before refilling with fresh Aoyang gear oil.
