Specially formulated for reciprocating (piston) air compressors operating under severe conditions. These heavy-duty oils provide outstanding resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation, strictly controlling carbon and varnish deposits on valves and piston crowns.

Designed specifically for oil-flooded rotary screw air compressors. Available in three different base oil formulations to meet varying service life requirements and operating conditions.
- Mineral: Delivers reliable performance and excellent rust/corrosion protection for standard operations, offering a typical drain interval of up to 2,000 hours.
- Semi-Synthetic: A premium blend providing enhanced thermal stability and resistance to sludge formation, extending typical drain intervals to 4,000 hours.
- Fully Synthetic: The ultimate in compressor lubrication. Engineered for severe duty and extreme temperatures, providing superior air/oil separation, drastically reducing oil carryover, and offering extended drain intervals of 8,000+ hours.
Applications & Usage Scenarios
- Reciprocating / Piston (DAB): Ideal for single and multi-stage piston air compressors used in automotive workshops, manufacturing facilities, and heavy industrial plants.
- Rotary Screw (DAH): Recommended for all major brands of oil-flooded rotary screw compressors operating in continuous production environments.
- Harsh Environments (Synthetic): The Semi and Fully Synthetic grades are highly recommended for compressors operating in extreme climates, high ambient temperatures, or where maintenance access is difficult.
Precautions & Maintenance Guidelines
- Do Not Mix Formulations: Never mix Mineral, Semi-Synthetic, or Fully Synthetic compressor oils. Doing so can cause severe foaming, rapid oxidation, and the formation of destructive sludge that will clog oil separators and filters.
- Proper System Flushing: When upgrading from a mineral oil to a synthetic formulation, the entire compressor lubrication system must be thoroughly drained, flushed, and equipped with new filters and separators before introducing the new oil.
- Moisture Control: Regularly drain condensate from air receivers and fluid reservoirs. While these oils offer excellent water separation, excess water in the system will degrade the oil and cause internal corrosion.
- Viscosity Match: Ensure you select the correct viscosity grade (e.g., 32, 46, or 68/100/150) as specified by your compressor's Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
